UK online returns:
If you’d like to return something you bought from our website and you live in the UK, click here to create your DPD returns label.
Here's what to do next:
1. Package up your return
2. Drop off your parcel at a ‘print in store’ location near you
3. Show your QR code or shipping label. There’s no need to print anything. You just need to hand the package at the drop off location and show the QR code. They will handle your return for you.
4. Can’t find a ‘print in store’ location near you? Download and print label, then drop your parcel off at any DPD Drop Off Point location
We recommend to keep your proof of return until your return is finalised.
Please use the returns method provided by us. We do not recommend using an alterative returns method.
Upon notification of your return arriving back to our facilities, we aim to have your return processed within 14 days.
Please note:
- Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on your order confirmation
- Refunds can only be credited to the original method of payment
- Online returns within the UK are free. If you’re returning something from elsewhere, you’ll need to pay postage
- We will only accept returns of the products complete with the accompanying gift with purchase
- Bulk, automated or third-party claims cannot be accepted
- We recommend to obtain and keep your proof of postage until your return is finalised
If your return does not comply with the above and our terms and conditions, we will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
