A cover letter with your contact details and order number
You will not be charged for your return. Simply apply the FREEPOST address details above to your parcel and take to any Post Office. Even though the service is Freepost - the Post Office will still issue a receipt. Please feel free to email us with the copy of the return's receipt once the parcel has been posted.
We recommend that you obtain and keep your proof of postage when sending your return. No liability will be accepted for products lost, undelivered or damaged in the post.
We aim to have your refund processed within 14 days of it being received at the warehouse.
Gift sets
Any return of a giftset must contain all included items and packaging, in order for us to issue a refund.
Christmas returns

You can return the product back to us within 60 days of the date of purchase, with the documents set out below, and we’ll refund the returned product(s) free of charge.
Faulty Goods
Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us and we will be pleased to assist to arrange a replacement.
Sale Items
Goods purchased as sale items may be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase. This is always subject to the discretion of L’Artisan Parfumeur.
Special Orders
Specially ordered/personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the L’Artisan Parfumeur Returns Policy.
Please note, the money back guarantee is open only to customers purchasing products from us for personal use (not resale) and only applies to online purchases made via our website. No bulk, automated or third-party claims will be accepted. Refunds will be for the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note plus postage at standard delivery rate; and will be credited to the debit or credit card used to purchase the product and no cash will be given.
