EU online returns
If you wish to make a return for something you bought from our website and you live in the EU, you can use the pre-filled and prepaid return label that you will find inside the envelope.
You have 30 days from delivery of your order to make a return.
Please proceed to return the parcel in its original packaging by choosing one of the two options below:
Please note that returns are free of charge only from the regions we deliver to.
Please note:
- Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on your order confirmation
- Refunds can only be credited to the original method of payment
- We will only accept returns of the products complete with the accompanying gift with purchase
- Bulk, automated or third-party claims cannot be accepted
- We recommend to obtain and keep your proof of postage until your return is finalised
